At A.I.M. Fitness, we have experience working with individuals who are at different life stages. We can put together a specialized program for you or your loved one. If you shy away from the gym or if you think that your loved one would benefit from regular physical activity, in-home personal training may be the solution you have been looking for. At A.I.M. Fitness we will travel to you in the comfort of your home and train using our equipment. Avoid the hassle of leaving your home. We will bring the gym to you. Personal training is very “personal” to us. We start with a fitness assessment to find out what your needs and fitness goals are. We get to know our clients on a personal level. Throughout the year we plan community events so all our clients can get to know each other and celebrate success together! We offer specialty programs available for individuals who have Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, or who have had knee or hip replacements or had a stroke. We also offer group classes, partner training for spouses and Skype training. Meg Stickl started working with seniors at the early age of 12 when she volunteered at a long-term care facility.
